This place suits me perfectly! Free wi-fi, free parking, and a lovely bar area. I fondly remember how the staff helped me with my room issue at night. I highly recommend it for a relaxing break. I'm coming back for Christmas!

I didn't feel like leaving, so can recommend this hotel. The venue was clean and pleasant, had great views over the bay. The rooms were great-sized and the bed was extra large. All the personnel was amazingly efficient and excellent. Stunning and fantastic location for one night, all was excellent. Moreover, it was about 30 mins walk from Joss Bay. The restaurant was pleasant with outstanding food and service.

All staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. My wife had a fall whilst on holiday (but not in the hotel) and finished up on crutches. The staff went out of their way to be helpful and supportive. Our room was spacious and had good sea views.
The food in the restaurant was ok but not wonderful. There was a very extensive menu with daily specials and I believe they would do better to offer a smaller range with better quality. The restaurant wine was expensive - the cheapest bottle was 14.50 pounds. The bar snacks were good.

Hotel was bright and gorgeous, I loved the stay.
great location, it was right by the restaurant in the evening for a nice dinner instead of sitting in the bar area, the beach and the sea side and the beach. in general the staff were amiable and consistently courteous.

Great Hotel for Dog Walkers
Same old problem when staying for the weekend the hotel has a Wedding Reception and the noise spoils it for the other quests. I know that the hotels rely on these but they should inform people when booking

Morning newspaper could have been left outside room instead of the expection that guests would head to reception to collect.

The staff from the girls on reception to the bar and resturant as well as the cleaners at the hotel were probably the most pleasant and helpful I have come across certainly in this country We had the good fortune to Late book a premium room at the front of the hotel that had a stunning sea view, was very spacious and well equipped and spotlessly clean The free wi-fi worked fine on my netbook and the bar and resturant pricing represented good value for money with a good range of beer, lager and cider, the wine list was limited but the current popular wines were represented
The menu in the restaurant is uninspiring but the food well and prepared fairly priced but the restaurant lacks an ambience - it is a bit like a works a canteen but again the staff were very good

Quite location, nice seaview. Perfect if lucky with weather. Excellent food and drinks. Ideal to rest and have a walk around the cliffs viewing the channel.

The location is superb the views are wonderful. The beach which is just across the road is very attractive. Ramsgate, Broadstairs, and Margate are all very close and all have distnctive characters of their own. The walks along the clifftop are lovely. All the staff were very friendly and helpful they all seemed to want you to enjoy your stay. The menu is extensive and good value for money. Food served virtually all day in the bar is great. The bed was very comfortable. Parking was very easy and convenient. The hotel is an attractive building with plenty of seating and nice conservatory areas.
One thing only. The room was very close to the kitchen area with noise from fans etc constantly.

The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff in particular was perfect,as well as the accommodation, views and meals, and when you have something that's perfect, it cannot be improved upon. Your hotel was recommended by a relative (with a terminal illness) who lives in Broadstairs. We brought her along to the hotel for Lunch which she and us thoroughly enjoyed.

Proximity to Margate where I had to appear in Court at 9 am
We arrived at 8.50 pm. We were not told that the kitchen closed at 9.15 and when we sat down in the restaurant at 9.17 we were told that the kitchen was closed. We were offered peanuts or crisps! We finally managed to get a bowl of soup! We asked for a taxi for 8.30 am. At 8.45 the taxi had not arrived and we asked reception to call them. We were told that the taxi would be another 20 minutes or more. Consequently we had to drive into Margate with enormous anxiety to get to our court appearance by 9.am. Surely the reception desk should have told us that the kitchen closed at 9.15pm when we checked in? And you should get a new cab company.
